thanksgiving is just around the corner and what pairs better with turkey & mashed potatoes than a little apple & pear pie for dessert?
in preparation for the upcoming holiday, i put my skills to the test. having never made a pie before, i figured i’m all in… everything from the pie filling to the crust (none of that store bought nonsense). it may have taken me an entire day to make (next time i’m recruiting s & c to help), but every ounce of it was totally worth it… so delish!
